1) Terms of Service
1.1 Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and capable of forming a contract.
1.3 Accounts
You’re responsible for your login, devices, and any activity under your account. Keep credentials secure and updated.
1.4 Plans, Billing, Renewals
- Prices, plan features, and taxes (incl. VAT, if applicable) are shown at checkout.
- If you choose a recurring plan, you authorise repeat charges until you cancel.
- We may change pricing or plans on renewal; we’ll notify you in advance when required.
1.5 Trials, Refunds, Cancellations
- Trials (if offered) are once per customer. Switching emails won’t reset eligibility.
- Digital content: when streaming begins or access is granted, the statutory right to cancel may not apply or may be lost once you consent to immediate supply.
- Our goodwill refunds, if any, are described on the Our Memberships page at purchase time.
1.6 Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful viewing and only on devices/locations permitted by your plan.
- Not redistribute, rebroadcast, restream, capture, sell, or share access.
- Not tamper with DRM, security, servers, or APIs; no scraping, testing, or reverse engineering.
- Abide by reasonable fair-use limits (simultaneous connections, bandwidth, device caps).
We may suspend or terminate for breach or suspected abuse.
1.7 Content & Availability
Channel availability, EPG, quality (HD/4K), schedules, and geo-availability can change, sometimes without notice, due to rights holders or technical constraints. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
1.8 Third-Party Services
Payment gateways, analytics, and support tools are operated by their providers under their terms and privacy notices. They may act as independent controllers for your data (see Privacy).
1.9 Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable, personal licence to use the Service as intended.
1.10 Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
1.11 Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
1.12 Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
1.13 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
